This Starbucks has renewed my faith in the Starbucks Brand of community and incredible service and a fun Vibe (See my previous review) This is only my third time coming to this location and truly after having a couple really disturbing and unprofessional experiences with a Starbucks bully barista and seeing how bad and run down the place has become at my used to be favorite West Hollywood Starbucks and it's 1/10th the size!! I'm blown away this drive thru Starbucks with its limited espresso machines can do it all with genuine friendliness and care! At the Figueroa st location I was amazed by how everyone who works here is so nice, quick to accommodate and very friendly despite how busy it is and it's incredibly busy! I thought that the signature Starbucks quality of service, coffee and design, fun music, exciting atmosphere was gone because of the experiences at the West Hollywood since Russel the light and the sun is no longer there, and more homeless with the manager who I liked turns out acts like a warden and a barista who is a bully and music doesn't enter the picture anymore...sad to see cus it used to be the heart of West Hollywood where neighbors came and hung out together. But thankfully at this Starbucks that great feeling is not gone and this Starbucks really deserves more than 5 stars for going above and beyond and having all the experiences with Starbucks Merchandise and displays and music - so makes everything happier. They all handle the flow like a real team and I've been to so many Starbucks both here in Southern California and in Northern California where I am from and This is just a huge space that has drive thru orders, mobile orders and full service orders and the service is faster than the smaller Starbucks in West Hollywood where they prioritize mobile orders over the orders of the guests who come in and here they have a system that takes care of all the orders and waiting is a pleasure because there's so much good energy. This being my 3rd time coming to this location I was so at home because THE SERVICE, THE AMBIANCE, THE MUSIC HAS TRULY RESTORED MY FAITH IN STARBUCKS and how EVERY Starbucks should still be!! This is one of the busiest Starbucks and yet everyone who works there is so genuine. Jacob is great and helped me with my order and even when another customer was in a hurry and got angry cus he came from another Starbucks that was so busy ~ Jacob was very caring and opened the other register for him while I was having trouble with my app. It was when this really friendly barista came to help me with my app that I saw why this Starbucks was so on point ~ it turns out that She's the manager and her smile and genuine care is what made me realize that everything is a trickle down theory ~ her care for her customers and the way she knows her team and the respect her team feels for her and she feels for them really came through. I shared how much I loved what I saw and how great Jacob was in handling a customer who was difficult ~ and just everyone there being so nice and told her of my experience at the Starbucks I had been a regular at for 4 years since moving to Weho ~ before that I was in Hermosa and loved my Starbucks on the PCH. :) When I shared my disturbing experience with a demeaning bully barista at my regular Starbucks ~ Jacob laughed and said if he ever said that to a customer Natalie would never allow it... again affirmation that Starbucks is still a great experience and I have seen it at other stores on Beverly Blvd and one on la Brea at sunset where Jess is a rockstar and her manager really nice too... But Natalie in what she is running and her incredible attitude that you can see everyone has because she really cares about the customer and by caring about us, she's shown incredible support to her staff and her smile is infectious and so what I've always known Starbucks to be ~ and truly Natalie seems to make things fun for her staff while she's working just as hard and each time they gave me my muffin right away despite the hot orders ahead of it ;) and all smiles :) Thank you Natalie, Jacob and the team for keeping the original Starbucks fun and great experience going!!!

I love this Starbucks location! It's my favorite one lol idk who to give thanks to, maybe the store manager or the baristas. This location knows what they are doing. Never have I ever had burnt milk or a bland drink from here. They make my drinks exactly how I want them. I've never had an issue before & that's why it continues to be my favorite location. I used to get my school done here. Quite like any other Starbucks ambiance. I know the drive thru lines can get long but they move as fast as they can. Y'all are doing amazing!

I usually come to Starbucks at least once a week and I always order an iced caramel macchiato upside down with oatmilk. My drink never disappoints. I like this location because my drink is always consistent. I also like this location because they have a 24/7 drive thru. The workers here are always so kind and helpful!
